Um anjo ajoelha-se sobre um degrau de azulejos vermelhos à esquerda, com uma asa erguida atrás de si, enquanto a Virgem Maria se ajoelha junto a uma cama com cortinas num interior de colunas à direita. Pilares cinzentos emolduram a sala, e uma pequena janela em arco mostra uma paisagem.
