Un ángel se arrodilla sobre un escalón de baldosas rojas a la izquierda, con un ala alzada tras él, mientras la Virgen María se arrodilla junto a una cama con cortinas en un interior de columnas a la derecha. Pilares grises enmarcan la sala, y una pequeña ventana arqueada muestra un paisaje.
