Sketch for a Ceiling Fresco: Gods among Clouds

An oil sketch of gods and figures among billowing clouds, with a helmeted woman in blue drapery holding a shield at left and winged putti drifting around. A muscular male nude reclines at right while a seated woman and a figure in red drapery look on from above, in loose, rapid brushwork.
