Red-figure amphora with warrior carrying shield and spear

A black-glazed terracotta amphora with a red-figure warrior striding left, holding a spear and a round shield bearing a simple device. His cloak falls in folds, and a meander band runs along the base of the vessel. Glossy black glaze covers the rest of the body, with twin handles rising from the shoulder to the rim.
