Um retábulo de três painéis com topos arqueados. O painel central mostra a Virgem sentada com o Menino Jesus recebendo um rei ajoelhado que oferece um vaso dourado, enquanto outros, de pé, vestem mantos e armaduras. Os painéis laterais mostram um santo a cavalo com um estandarte e um grupo familiar com a Virgem e Ana.
