A woodcut with hand-applied colour shows two standing saints within a Gothic arched niche framed by ornate foliate scrollwork. On the left, a tonsured bearded friar in a dark habit holds an open book, with a dog at his feet; on the right, a woman in a pink robe and veil stands beside a small animal. A roundel above shows a seated scene.
